We finally have bean bags! This was one of the first things students and teachers wanted to see in the classroom.
After deciding on a Butonesque colour scheme, we purchased 5 thick fabrics from a local fabric store. Our lovely year 9 Textiles class taught by Mrs Sally Best, volunteered to sew the bags for us. We then filled up the bags using bean fillers from Big W.
It took a little time but we are extremely glad that we were able to choose our own colours. They look really good in the classroom and they are very comfortable. Please check out our gallery for photos of the Textiles class who made this possible and for the final product. Thank you year 9!
